Ordering
Ordering can be done 24 hours a day online using our secured online transaction processing. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm orders can also be place via our toll-free order line 1 866 447 9855.
Order Processing
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of order reception processing.
Sales Tax
All prices are quoted do not include sales tax. The prices shown on our pages are the same for all customers regardless of their country of origin.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase at 'Top Shelf Clothing'. If however you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 28 days of despatch. Please ensure you adhere the following terms:
1. Before returning any goods please contact us by sending an e-mail to Topshelf55@Bellsouth.Net or telephone us on 1-866-447-9855 or 305-604-9855 stating your reason for returning the goods.
2. Goods must be returned to us in the same "unworn condition" as they were delivered to you. All our customers are advised, we cannot accept goods that are soiled or damaged to be refunded.
3. No refund will be given to any postage costs; you are required to pay for the postage of any goods being returned. In cases where the goods were faulty or the order was sent out in error, we will refund the postage in full.
